Antonio, Founder & Lead Consultant of 23 Consulting Group, brings over two decades of experience in nonprofit services, with a strong focus on recruitment, program development, leadership and most recently, helping veterans from all five military branches transition into civilian careers. His extensive background includes active involvement in committees dedicated to Risk Management, Leadership, Safety, and Training, as well as serving as a dedicated Board of Director and volunteer.
Antonio also holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Business Psychology, showcasing his commitment to academic excellence and professional development. His dissertation explored the impact of leadership styles on generational workforces, a reflection of his deep understanding of industrial organizational dynamics.
Throughout his career, Antonio has been passionate about bridging the gap between the business sector and social services, fostering collaboration and synergy.
